Hailing from South Africa, Head Chef Miguel lets his passion for quality food shine through in his menus and cooking. Miguel learnt to cook from his Portuguese grandmother at a young age, where he saw a world of culinary possibility.

Miguels’ passion for flavour and nose to tail cooking is always at the forefront of his practice. Seasonal ingredients form the basis of his menus, and he takes great care to understand where the food he uses has been produced, supporting local farmers and suppliers and reducing food miles.

Miguel is always challenging himself to pursue excellence, and has a reputation for delivering food that take you on a journey of taste that you won’t soon forget.
