Our Ethos

Our ethos is one of consideration and thoughtfulness for others and the environment. With beautiful secluded gardens for yoga, meditation and relaxing. Soon we will be offering a range of wellness activities, holistic treatments and a daily 2 minute beach clean, to encourage our guests to switch off, relax, take in the sea air and enjoy a calm and tranquil experience with us.

Although there is no pressure to join in with any of our wellness activities,  we are keen to promote what we believe to be the 4 pillars of a healthy mind and body  - eat well, sleep well, move and relax - 

Eat: Whether you are looking for a light bite or something more substantial, we serve food all day, that is locally sourced, lovingly prepared and seasonal. In summer months you can enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace overlooking the water and drink in the view.

Sleep: Our stylish, comfortable rooms are designed to complement the peaceful scenery and promote good, restful sleep with Hypnos beds and organic Devon duvets, that will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated. We also have home made lavender pillow mist to help you drift off into a peaceful sleep.

Move & Relax: With beautiful secluded gardens for yoga, meditation and relaxing, we aim to soon offer holistic treatments whilst also encouraging guests to switch off and relax
